Who Is Huey?
Poor Huey is an amalgamation of personalities we grew up knowing in Louisiana and New York. The main characteristic being the lovable glutton who can eat beyond their physical limits and until their heart is content.
“Poor” isn’t meant in the financial sense. “Poor Huey” is an endearing phrase used when you know this character has eaten more than his stomach can handle. So while enjoying our many savory combinations, grab lots of napkins and beware of your own limits!
